Ship for small brands, from your home.
Help small U.S. brands ship to their customers, working from home on your own schedule. Real role, real paychecks, and a manager whose name and phone number you know.
A real human, on speed dial, from day one.
Starting a new work-from-home role is a lot — especially one where boxes start showing up at your door on day two. So we don't do "here's a link, good luck." Every new Associate gets structured onboarding and a dedicated manager for the first month.
One person. One phone number. Not a queue.
Your manager is a real Dylanex employee — not a rotating helpdesk. They pick up when you call. They know your name, your setup, and your first month's orders. If they can't solve something in the moment, they own following up until it's fixed.
Real numbers — slide to see yours.
Base pay plus bonus payouts. Bonuses come from post-office runs, high-volume days, after-hours pickups, and quality milestones. Most Associates earn 3–10 bonuses a month.
What a Tuesday looks like.
Flexible schedule. Most Associates spend 3–5 hours active per day, spread across morning and afternoon.
Morning coffee, dashboard check
Open the dashboard. See last night's orders — usually 8 to 15 waiting. Prepped labels are already generated.
First pack run
Pick items from your inventory shelves, pack each order to seller specs, apply prepaid label, snap a photo — the dashboard walks you through each.
Post office run
Drive today's packages to USPS, UPS, or FedEx (your choice — dashboard prints the routing). Bonus paid per completed run.
Your time
Off the clock. Take as long as you need.
Afternoon pack + returns
Handle mid-day orders that arrived after the morning run. Inspect any returns, sort per seller rules.
Done
Last dashboard sync. Anything new until tomorrow morning stays in the queue.

Real questions, honest answers.
Real job. We understand the concern — the reshipping-scam world uses similar language ("work from home shipping packages," etc.), so we want to be crystal clear about what makes us different: Dylanex is a real US company (California-based), we're registered as Dynamic Delivery Network, LLC, we have a public leadership team (see above), and we ONLY ship on behalf of vetted small businesses whose brands you can see in your dashboard. We NEVER ask you to buy things with your own money and ship them, and we NEVER ask for your SSN or banking info until after we make an offer and you accept.
Paid monthly via direct deposit — on the 1st business day of the following month. Base pay is $3,750/month regardless of order volume, plus bonus payouts — see the calculator above for what each tier adds up to.
Basic packing supplies (tape, labels, printer paper) run a few dollars a week and are commonly available. You get a dedicated onboarding manager for your first month who walks you through everything and answers any question you have — no "figure it out yourself" here.
No. We train everyone from scratch. What matters more: reliability, attention to detail, and being someone your neighbors would trust with their packages. Most of our best Associates came from retail, food service, or admin backgrounds.
A dedicated area of roughly 8×10 feet is typical — think a corner of a garage, a spare bedroom, or a shed with power and internet. We size the inventory we assign you to what your space realistically holds. Nobody's living room gets buried in boxes.
It's a 1099 independent-contractor arrangement in the US. We're transparent about that in the offer letter. There's a real business reason (Associates set their own hours and work from their own homes) — but we know it's a trade-off, and you should know it too.
You can leave whenever with 2 weeks' notice. For breaks (vacation, family), just tell your manager — we pause your order assignments for the time you're out. No penalty. Life happens.
