We started Dylanex because small U.S. sellers deserve better than either doing all their own shipping at 2am, or being lost in a warehouse full of ten thousand other brands. We split fulfillment across a network of trained Fulfillment Associates who care about the work.
The idea, in one paragraph.
Large 3PL warehouses treat small sellers like rounding errors. Amazon FBA hides your brand behind their box. We built a third option: a network of Fulfillment Associates working from their own homes, each holding inventory for 2–4 small brands, packing every order themselves. You get the personal care of doing it yourself without doing it yourself. They get a real job with a real manager they can call.
